This Omeka site was developed to present two Omeka exhibits I developed as my digital translations of assigned projects in two courses taught by Dr. Eugenia Paulicelli at The Graduate Center.
The course in fall 2016 focused on film and cities. My Neatline exhibit shows the artists and designers who were involved in the making of the film L'Inhumaine, from the mid 1920s.
In spring 2017, The Fabric of Cultures website was one pedagogical element in a course where students analyzed our connections to fashion, cultures, craft, and sustainability. A conference, exhibit, and exhbition catalogue were the culmination of the second iteration of Dr. Paulicelli's Fabric of Cultures project.
